Martina’s love of food started early in life with her parents Chocolate shop and Bakery, in Courtenay BC.

Upon graduating high school she left her hometown to pursue Professional Culinary Arts Program at Vancouver Community College.

After many years of working in Vancouver’s fine dining and catering scene, a growing an interest in the health aspect of food led her to attend CSNN to obtain her designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

She combines her love of delicious food with her knowledge of healthy eating to create a balanced eating experience.
